Protected item

These represent data or resources of particular importance to you. When adding a protected item, you specify the particular object that you want to be backed up. Whether it involves restoring lost files, recovering a database, or restoring a system after damage, our backup and protection service will help you keep your valuable data safe and restore it quickly and easily. The system offers various types of protected items that can meet different needs and backup scenarios.

Adding a protected item

To add a protected item, follow these steps:

  1. Log in to the client area with your email and password.
  2. Select from the left menu "Active services" -> "Delta Cloud Backup" and select your service to open its settings.
  3. Select "Protected items" and click the "Add protected item" button.
  4. You will see a screen where you need to specify two things:
    • Select the device you want to back up.
    • Select the type of protected item.
