Introduction

The user system in the Delta.BG customer area manages your account — from registration and sign-in to security, billing and access-key settings.

This documentation is split into two parts:

  • Sign-in and registration

    Signing in to the customer area, registering a new account, recovering a forgotten password and confirming the email address.

    Regional preferences, profile, security (password and MFA), email notifications, billing accounts, payment methods and SSH keys.

Who it is for

This documentation is suitable for all customer-area users, whether you are a new customer who is still signing up, or an existing user managing the settings of your account.

Accessing the user system

The customer area is available at https://my.delta.bg. Sign-in requires an email address and password, or a Google account.

All Settings sections covered in this documentation live under the Profile settings menu in the top-right corner after sign-in — the gear icon next to your avatar.
