  • Tier 3+ data center

    The service is hosted in the Equinix data center in Sofia — one of the largest international operators, trusted by Google, Amazon, Facebook, and Microsoft. The facility is certified to international quality and security standards.

  • ISO certifications

    The data center is certified to ISO 9001:2015 (quality management), ISO 27001:2013 (information security), and ISO 50001 (energy management) — a guarantee of compliance with global standards.

  • 100% availability

    Four independent power sources, backed up by UPS and five synchronized diesel generators, provide unlimited autonomous operation time during external power issues.

Network Connectivity

  • Multiple providers

    Three independent internet providers ensure connectivity redundancy. If one of them has an issue, traffic is automatically routed through the others without interruption.

  • Peering and IX points

    Direct connections to ~99.99% of Bulgarian peers and major European Internet Exchange points — low latency and high throughput to all destinations.

  • Flexible speeds

    Choose between 100 Mbps, 1 Gbps, and 10 Gbps bandwidth based on your needs and traffic volume.

Power and Cooling

    Four independent power sources with UPS backup and five diesel generators guarantee uninterrupted operation even during prolonged electrical outages. Rack power outlets use C13 connectors.

    Redundant cooling systems with Cold Aisle Containment (cold corridor isolation) provide constant temperature and humidity, optimal for server equipment.

  • High per-rack capacity

    Up to 12 kW per rack — sufficient for dense configurations of high-performance servers or GPU machines without overheating risks.

    Multi-zone control with biometric systems, cards, and customer profiling. Only authorized personnel have access to the racks.

    24/7 high-resolution video surveillance in all halls and adjacent areas, with recordings archived.

    Multi-zone fire detection system with dual-trigger mechanism (thermal and smoke sensors) and automated response to prevent damage.

Flexibility and Support
